ScrApple Pancakes
I need your help. It appears there are still some bugs to my new site, but I need to know about them. Everything looked perfect to me, then I found out my blog was displaying an entire post, one word at a time! It also has some alignment issues in certain browsers, and I still can’t get rid of an entire paragraph becoming a link. Plus, my husband complained of longer than normal page loading. So, if you would pop over and see how it looks in your browser, or if any of my links are broken, I would love to know about it! Leave a comment or send me an email and I’ll check it out. Thanks for being patient.
Here is a family favorite. Apple pancakes! I started with the Homemade pancake mix.
This time however, I added
- 2 TBL of applesauce and
- 1/2 cup of shredded apple.

Then on my cast-iron skillet, I used my pancake shaper that Quaker sent me. And cooked until it was cooked all the way through.
These were sweet enough to not need syrup. But some chopped apple on top or some walnuts would have been delicious too.

First off, those look good. I’m hungry.
Second, I am in Firefox today, and it looks great, and loaded quick. The past few days, not so much. It was off center, and took foreevvvvver to load. So whatever you did the past day to tweek it seems to have worked! Great job!

I just checked another older post that I had pulled up the other day. It’s wonky looking on my screen (again in Firefox). This post which the links is http://blog.super…. looks normal. But the ones that start off http://www.superhe…. is the wonky one.
Like the peanut butter balls that I LOVE.

Thanks Chelsea, I’m glad the pages are loading more quickly. Firefox is giving me so much heart ache! Nothing is aligning properly in firefox. All the blog.superhealthykids pages should be correct now, but all the recipe pages aren’t. We’ll keep working on it. (we meaning, my sister and I).. OK, really my sister.

Looks great in Internet Explorer. I th ink I’m running #7 because it wants me to update to #8. It does load a little slow, but only by a few seconds, nothing that will make me leave and come back when it’s done loading. The pancake looks great. Is that just one serving or is it a really big one that you cut up?

We tried these for dinner last night and they were a hit! Even my daughter who refuses to eat apples loved them and she even knew I put apples in them! Thank You!!!
