Good morning! I’ve had a super busy week.. Seven Peaks, Lehi Rodeo, Parades, and EVO (Which I will share all about tomorrow).
So, my quick tip of the day is simple salads! Most kids are more likely to eat their salad or greens with less ingredients. For years my kids would literally separate the food in their salad in order to eat it. It hasn’t been until recently that they start combining their food.
So, if you are just starting out and have been met with resistance, just serve lettuce and shredded carrots with some fun croutons. As they get used to this, and they get older, they will slowly begin to like more toppings on their salads. Developing mature tastes and preferences takes time.
So, I’ve got to get ready for another awesome day in Park City at EVO, so…

salad is so hard with boys! my mom lives with us so if we both put our heads together we can usually come up with something but THANK YOU for your ideas. heart disease is so prevalent amongst black males, i want to train my boys early to eat healthy so they don’t suffer for it as adults, you’ve really helped!
Thanks Cameron
