Double duty Vegetable dip
Getting more vegetables into our kids (and ourselves) with a little assistance from DIPS!
As my favorite quote from Zonya goes,” __(blank)_ is the vehicle that makes the vegetables go down better.” I’ve taken it upon myself to insert whatever I want at the beginning. Today its, “DIP is the vehicle that makes vegetables go down better.”
What’s better than eating your carrots with dip? Eating your carrots dipped in more vegetables! This spinach dip has got to be our favorite dip, hands down! While I’m sure it would be really fantastic dipping some sour dough bread (REALLY FANTASTIC), that is not what this week is about.

Another note about vegetables dips, is they are PARTY APPROPRIATE! No body would bat an eye if you brought vegetables with a dip. Then you and your kids can have something healthy to eat, even at the most junk filled pot luck parties.

Your blog is soooo cute!! I love, love, love spinach dip! I am definitely going to have to try that recipe. Thank you so much for sharing. Anything I can do to get my kids to eat their vegetables is a good thing!!
