Spicey menu
Here is the menu for this week. I’m so excited its Christmas week! I love holidays. And, whether you are ready or not, it still happens. I’m not ready! But I’m sure I’ll be by Christmas day.

Chicken teriyaki and vegetables (adding ginger to the teriyaki sauce) with asian slaw (also has ginger) |

Plain noodles with Salad with ginger dressing |
Apple slices with cinnamon and peanut butter |
Sweet potato shepherds pie (nutmeg) |

Peanut butter and Jelly… and for me: Salad with Vanilla vinegarette |
String cheese and carrots |
Christmas Eve! Turkey, salad, rolls, potatoes. Light gingerbread cookies (with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice) |

Christmas Breakfast! Coffee Cake (cinnamon, nutmeg) |

I don’t think I ever responded to this! Dr. Fuhrman’s dressings intimidate me because I think I need a better blender than I have. However, I should buckle down and try it anyway!

I think the vanilla vinaigrette sounds like it might be good. Have you tried and do you like any of Dr. Fuhrman’s dressings? I’m going to take your soup idea and do that for Christmas day. It seems like my family just eats junk all day and it makes me ornery.
