Yes. That's what Dr. Fuhrman claims to be. I love it because rather than focusing on what NOT to eat, I believe Nutritarians just try to eat food that has the greatest nutrients per calorie. It doesn't mean they won't eat a treat, or a food void of any nutrients, but most of the time foods high in vitamins and minerals. I totally agree, and of course fruits and vegetables fall into that category. Mostly because they are so low in calories and high in nutrients.

Dr. Fuhrman even has a chart showing which foods have the highest concentration of vitamins per calorie. I really want that chart!

Glad you like the sorbet!!

Great afternoon snack idea!! Plus it'd justify the blender taking up space on the counter top!
We did the fruit sorbet the other day and the day after and the day after! Did I tell you that already? SO good! Great for the frozen berries, now that the fresh are rising in price again.
We have internet again, so maybe I can get caught up around here!
As usual, great post! Thanks!

Christy, hope you like it.
Cathy, I don't think I've posted it, but every time I think I have a NEW idea, I find that I already talked about or posted about it, so very likely!
Liz, Kaitlyn can be so adorable!

Have you posted this before? If you did, I'm glad to see it again! I haven't tried this, but I'm going to. I'm not always a big fan of juices (some are more sugar than good stuff, IMO), but orange juice is an exception. We'll be making this soon!

Erika looks super cute in the glasses. Kaitlyn did that the other day with some old sunglasses missing the lenses too. I always wanted braces when I was younger, I'd string my gum across my top teeth and pretend I had them. Oh, to be young again! :)
