		<description>We feel better too.  Last week for us, when we didn&#039;t eat regular meals because of the holiday&#039;s and family in town, my husband kept commenting on how crappy he felt, and couldn&#039;t wait to have regular meals again!</description>

		<description>Maybe they&#039;re new (or maybe I just didn&#039;t notice before - it happens!) but I really like the menu planners.  One of the hardest parts of healthy eating for me is just figuring out what to fix and keeping enough variety.  Some days I just look at my menu plan and draw a complete blank.  We eat much better - and all feel much better - when we eat well balanced meals.  If I have a plan, I really stick to it.  This helps!</description>
